The APOGEE145DZN maturing wine cellar can store up to 143 bottles of 75cl Bordeaux-type wine. It perfectly replicates the conservation conditions of a natural cellar, bringing your wines safely and optimally to their peak.

• Controlled humidity: The humidity level of a wine cellar must be between 50% and 80%. If too low, the corks may dry out, allowing oxygen to spoil the wine. If too high, it may damage the bottle labels and encourage mold growth. To maintain precise temperature, the APOGEE145DZN generates regular cooling cycles. Combined with its thermodynamic evaporator system, it ensures an ideal humidity level inside the cellar.

• No vibrations: Repeated vibrations, even minor ones, can disturb the wine's aging: they accelerate the aging of younger wines and disturb the sediment in older wines, damaging them irreversibly. Thanks to its Silent Block technology, the APOGEE145DZN eliminates vibrations and offers silent operation.

• Low-E glass door: The glass door allows safe exposure of your wines. The Low-E filter protects bottles from UV rays and reduces heat exchanges with the outside, helping to save energy.
• Filtration and aeration system: In confined spaces, wine can develop unwanted flavors. Without proper aeration, mold and bacteria can grow, altering cork integrity and the wine’s taste. Equipped with a charcoal-filtered air intake, the APOGEE145DZN ensures continuous air renewal, neutralizing bad odors and bacteria.
• Constant temperature: To ensure optimal aging, wines must be kept at a stable and constant temperature. The APOGEE145DZN allows you to store your grand crus in a healthy environment, adjustable between 5°C and 20°C.

Remote Control of Your Cellar Settings

Temperature

Adjust the internal temperature via the digital control panel. Not at home? Simply open the Vinotag app to remotely adjust your cellar's internal temperature. (5°C to 20°C: 5-12°C for the upper zone and 12-20°C for the lower zone).

Lighting

Control the internal lighting of your cellar directly from your smartphone. Choose between Door, Automatic, or Permanent lighting modes:

• Door Mode: Light switches on/off automatically when the door is opened or closed.

• Automatic Mode: Light switches on when the door is opened and turns off automatically after 15 minutes.

• Permanent Mode: Light is manually controlled via the button on the control panel (bulb icon) or through the VINOTAG® app.

Alarms

Get alerted of any issues requiring your attention. Not home? Vinotag alerts you to any abnormal temperature changes inside your cellar.

Accessories for Your Wine Cellar

The APOGEE145DZN comes with 4 shelves, but you can add or remove shelves to customize storage to your needs.

Internal lateral supports allow installation of up to 7 shelves for flexible storage options.

Compatible shelves:

• CLAPOGEE1: Wooden shelf for head-to-tail bottle storage, ideal for maximizing capacity.
• CLAPOGEE2: Wooden shelf for “label-view” storage, perfect for quickly identifying your wines and creating a beautiful display.
• CLAPREPOGEE: Wooden presentation shelf for semi-inclined bottle display, ideal for showcasing your finest vintages.

*The stated capacity is measured according to the European standard EN62552. This standard is calculated using traditional 75cl Bordeaux-type bottles. Any other bottle format as well as adding shelves will significantly reduce storage capacity. The maximum capacity is calculated with a defined number of shelves which varies depending on the model.
